Not only does it have a positive ripple effect on our physical, emotional and mental health, Studies show that people who practice Gratitude are more creative, joyful and  resilient.  It has the ability to pull us out of the mud and into the now, where life is truly happening. When we are present, we are able to speak from our heart and see the gifts and possibilities in front of us.  Gratitude has the power to shift the way you see things everyday and to transform what we have into enough.
