What
is Mindfulness?
Mindfulness
is the practice of purposely paying attention to your experiences, moment to moment, with complete
awareness, curiosity and kindness.
Mindfulness is being aware of what is happening right now, in this moment. It is not obsessing about the past or fantasizing about what the future may bring. Mindfulness helps us to become more aware of our breath, emotions, thoughts and feelings that arise and dissolve in the mind.
